have spoken to owner and she says Sophie was in the woodford guardian. They only had 2 crank calls, no positive sightings. I have advised owners to start postering again and they will try to get to battersea dogs home this weekend. They will register onsite and then can we have the 4 to an a4 page smaller posters to give out please.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Maybe telling Sophies owner that you had printed of 600 posters was overwhelming!!!!!! Have you tried calling him to find out what the current state of affairs is. I'm in Wales so cannot help. Are the owners going to register on site? Stay safe Sophie.xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

When i spoke to owner yesterday he was going to speak to his wife and then get back to me regarding my offer to help postering. At the time they hadnt registered to post onsite and he informed me that in the time since Sophie had been missing they had put up about a dozen posters in the area. I did tell him that i got about 600 posters out in the first 3 days my dog was missing and that postering was the key to getting Sophie back home. I have not heard back from them yet so i take it they have it all in hand. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

will try and print out some posters tomorrow and put them up in Canning Town, Custom House and North Woolich as these are the areas I am going to put up more posters for my missing Boachie. Will keep my eyes open for Sophie as well as for Tintz of E15........message from owner of missing Broachie from the same area. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Sophie well. Stay safe Sophie, until we find you x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Very worrying for Spohie's family that she is missing. As she has no id it's important to let resuce shelters know if Sophie has any identifying features. Contact your local lab breed rescue and breed club. If Sophie was insured, check the policy to see if it covers advertising and reward. Poster as widely as possible and put A5 posters through letterboxes in the houses where she went missing. Hope she is safely home soonxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
