Crossposting from Surrey Dog Owners:

I saw one this afternoon on its own and it came from the house that's being developed with the caravan in the front garden! Saw a stern looking guy locking it up behind big metal gates with a white German shepherd! But it had been wandering down by the ponds on its own so wonder if its the same one??

Could well be that this is the one that was seen and is now home.

If this is a trained Gundogs as suggested you need to know the commands. you can ring me Karen (simbarose) on 07444007384. I an not willing to post publically as my own gundog is missing

Deep down I knew it was a long shot. Shoot season has started in some areas may be someone on a local shoot lost sight of this one and is looking for him/her. Thank you for replying and your kind words

I would say this dog was definitely black, so sorry, and hope you find yours. I have black and chocolate dogs myself and this one was clearly black. Smallish, I am guessing female, but can't be sure. Very much a working cocker, not show. Looks like the photo of Bella.

Hi shieldshow. Silly question I know are you sure this Cocker is black. My Girl Jazz Id 99179 stolen back in April from Harrietsham Kent is a trained Gundog and should answer hand/whistle commands. She is chocolate with white flash on chest but may appear dark liver or black if dirty and wet. She is also legally docked and microchipped. She is a bit timid and wary of people she don't know. We are still desperately looking for her

I contacted the loser of BELLA, reported stolen - it is not this dog as Bella is not trained to gundog commands.
