Vets have rung to say Muffin when not claimed was kept by the finder...so alive and well and being looked after.

Owner of Muffin has just seen this poster and is trying to get in touch with the vets . Muffin is 20 years old.

The Dogstrust are appealing to pet owners
(According to the news) to have their pets microchipped or update if they love house, because thousands of people dont bother when they move. consequently lots are pts, because of lack of kennel space. Also a microchip can move (Someone who posts of DL told me this) A radio presenter said this morning that her cats microchip actually fell out. It was found on the kitchen floor. The vet said it must have worked it`s way from the shoulder blade down to the cats leg, and then had fallen out. Hope an owner claims this feline. Paws xd.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
