As Harry is neutered should be in the area somewhere. Check sheds, garages, greenhouses etc in case locked in. Put some tuna in his dish, and call him; late night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put something with his scent on into a clean container, such as his blanket/bedding/soft toy? Along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry. Wipe his scent on your garden fences, gates, door too. Take a walk arouynd the area, holding something with his scent on, and rattle some treats such as dreamies. Someone may be feeding him. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. Try this too. Warm up some chicken as the delicious aroma may help bring him home. Poster around the area, and put "Losr" posters through doors too.
Ps When you search outbuildings check thoroughly as he may be hiding behind an object inside the buuilding It has happened. Paws xd.
