As Bella is spayed should not be too far away. Presume alll outbuildings were checked? Bella, and her brother are may be being fed by someoene. Put some tuna in her dish, and call her; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put something with their scent on into a clean container, such as their blankets/bedding, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry. Wipe their scent on all your garden fences, gates. doors too. Walk around the area holding something with their scent on, and rattle some treats such as dreamies. Someone feeding them. (Very common problem) Try a squeaky toy as suggsted by Dougal as it --may attract their attention. As they are both neutered they should be in the vicinity Paws xs. If they are indoor cats they tend to go in hiding, so people think they are strays and feed them Check behind hedges/bushes too, It may be their "Hideout"
