OK Nells, so I'll make Redlands Woods my walk later on today, coming up from South Holmwood, and poster wherever appropriate. Always plenty of walkers and cyclists around at weekends so hopefully the word will spread quickly.

Alicat, very good news about the other dog :-) Having bumped it to them out searching this evening I don't think it's certain that he has been stolen, but it's a possibility.

Sarah, thank you for the delivery of posters, I have put on up by the phone box tonight so hopefully it catches all the early walkers and riders. I will walk up to the tower in the morning and poster along the way. Hopefully you will have found him by then.
Just a thought but are there any bitches on heat locally?

I appreciate that it isn't always possible to get a phone signal around Coldharbour! I was just trying to decide where to search and, if Roly really has been stolen, he's probably not in the area any more. The other dog I was looking for, from Dorking, has found his way home so I'll be happy to help search for Roly tomorrow if needed.

I am in the centre of Coldharbour and am happy to help look. I will be walking around the hill over the weekend. I can also help poster but can't do any printing at home at the moment, so if owners what to drop some posters off I can go out and put them up. I wonder if this is in any way linked to the fact there have been two other break ins in the village in the last couple of weeks which is unusual! Roly has also been shared on the village Facebook page, so plenty of locals will know to keep there eyes peeled for him.
Alicat there is very poor mobile signal up here so if they are out looking they will be struggling to get back here to look at messages.
Is it likely that he will be wandering around up here is he has been stolen ?

Roly's owner is out following up a possible lead and putting up posters. If anyone would like to help please call on the above no. It is believed Roly was stolen as there is no way he could have got out of the secure area he was being kept in. The police have been informed and a CRN has been issued.

It's so difficult trying to help when people don't respond to posts on here. There is another missing dog closer to home than Coldharbour and definitely lost as opposed to possibly stolen, so for today I will concentrate my efforts there.

Have you reported to police and been given a crime reference number? If so please inform DL and they will add STOLEN. Hope he is found very soon x

Is the owner convinced Roly has been stolen? Where locally are his favourite places, if he has somehow got out on his own? I can walk to Coldharbour/Redlands woods etc later today, just need some guidance as to where he might go as it is such a vast area. Can print and laminate some posters to take with me.
