It`s easrly days yet. And as he is neutered should not bne too far away. Check, sheds, garages greenhouses, cellars etc in case locked in. Put some tuna/food in his dish, and call him; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treaats too. Put something with his scent on into a clean container, such as his blanket/bedding/toys, along with something wkith your scent on too Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry. Wkipe his scent on on your garden fences, gates, doors too. Walk around the area holding something with his scent on, and rattle some treats such as dreamies. Someone may be feeding him. Try a squeaky as suggested by "Dougal" as it may attract his attention. Poster around the area, and put "Lost" posters through doors too.
Ps A neutered male cat usually only has a territory of about 4/7 garden spaces as to where you live Paws xd.
