Very relieved and happy to say that Daphne returned to the garden where she was lost from! She is absolutely fine and I'm sure Marg will be very happy too.
Clever girl to make her own way home (or next door at least!)

Marg has said that people are suggesting an organised search tomorrow so I will wait to hear from her as to where and when. I think this is probably a good idea as no sign of little Daphne yet and she could be in the woods or areas nearby or maybe hiding in a garden close to home.

Thanks to all who are helping Marg.
Absolutely no sightings of Daphne yet but a lot of searching going on in the area. Hopefully posters have been put up so that anyone who sees her or has taken her in can call Marg asap.
Hoping for some good news now that the weather is getting drier.

Unfortunately Daphne has not come home over night so Marg is out postering and searching. She is also contacting Network Rail to let them know Daphne is lost in the area. Hopefully she will stay well away from the tracks.
Just hoping that posters will bring in a sighting soon.

Daphne went missing from my next door neighbours garden this morning. We live near Collington Woods, so the chances are she went that way, but we have been through the woods calling her and not heard anything. She is rather fearful of large dogs, so may have been frightened by one.

Really hope there is some good news very soon, do you think she may be trapped or locked in somewhere? Neighbours sheds, garages, etc. Seems strange there have been no sightings and also she is listed as having a tag, so if someone had found her, hopefully they would of phoned owners.. fingers crossed x

So sorry to see that Daphne is missing. I have just sent you some email advice to help you with your search. I have also shared to Doglost East Sussex and my page on Fbk.
Please would you let us know how and where Daphne went missing so that helpers know where to search.
I would suggest you leave some bedding out near to where she was lost and also put as many posters up as possible.
It's possible that someone has found Daphne and taken her in but does not know that our Dog Wardens are 24/7 service.
