- Other Info No collar .Very friendly, followed my friends Dad who rang her because he was worried the dog would get run over They contained the dog in their garden my friend contacted the council but no answer.She called me and I was able to contact out of hours Comunity patrol who was able to contact Friends of Birkenhead council Kennels Their Co ordinator met us at the Corporation Rd Kennels and Dog is now in their care
