- If lost in Stow, then it is a PE34. I live PE14, Norfolk and we are about 45 minutes from Downham. I would keep an eye on RSPCA West Norfolk (I help there as a cat cuddler) and the centre has had cats come in from Downham. I am going in Saturday so if he is there will post here. He's be 7 days with the warden if picked up then 7 days at the centre - glad chipped. I will look out anyway as sometimes chip malfunction - always good to get them checked at the vets. good luck
