Missing from Morningside Road, Norris Green, Liverpool, L11 area, North West on Thursday, 17th October 2013

12 WEEKS OLD. He has gone missing when gate was left open by accident. A man in a yellow jacket was seen knocking on the door with him, no-one was in, the man has not returned. Please look out for PATCHY, if FOUND he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (which is the LAW)

There is a CASH REWARD for PATCHY's safe return.
