Found in In a park Bacup, Lancs picked up by RSPCA on Tuesday, 10th August 2021

Handed into Stray Kennels 11.08.21 who are also aware of who his last owner is but not in touch. Chip shows was not stolen as originally said. Chip details are no longer up to date but he is chipped to Rhyl area possibly just not been updated by new owners. He is with stray kennels and if not claimed will go for REHOMING and space already lined up
