Missing from south wales, CF45 area, Wales on Wednesday, 19th July 2017

Put in to foster care I believe in the mountain ash area by bitter ex partner who will not tell me where he is. Petlog have been no help! They know where he is but wont tell me they want to change the keepership on his chip. I am desperate to find him.
