I did take a look at the picture of the dog in the wirral pound on the internet a couple of months ago and it didnt really match kenzo.

Louise can you confirm the contact number, I have tried it several times from landline and mobile phone and it is not ringing. Also tried to contact owner for update had to send a text as number says unable to take calls, I did have a problem trying to contact owner in May. Jan xxx

Owner has not got internet access at the moment. Did not receive text which was sent 25.05.07 re the staffie in the wirral pound due to mobile not being used at that time. Will hopefully check site in an internet cafe. Jan xxx

Looked round Halewood RSPCA yesterday and no dogs fitting Kenzos description. Owner must also check as they do have a few staffies. Jan xxx

Posters left at Vets in Standish and the paper shop on Mesnes Road. Showed poster to my parents who walk in the Plantations a lot and asked them to keep an eye open. Does anyone know if Pets at Home take Missing posters? Lou xx

Posters need to be put up in the area a.s.a.p. lamposts, entrances to parks, vets, petshops, ask postie, milkmen, binmen, schools, pubs, dog training clubs and deliver to houses etc. Handout smaller posters to people, especially dog walkers. Put A4 poster in car windows. Check Police stations and Dog Warden. RSPCA and rescue centres need checking regularly and preferably visited in person, by owner or someone who knows Kenzo. xx

I'll keep my eyes peeled and ask my dog walking friends to do the same, but Wigan is like Staffie central and it's a bit like finding a needle in a haystack! I can think of at least five black brindle staffies & crosses that live within a couple of streets of me, but saying that I'd definitely notice if a new little girl with a white chin and chest blaze shows up.

Is there any more info about where exactly from WN1 Kenzo went missing? If I can get some posters done, I'll one off at the vets in Standish when I'm passing tomorrow. Lots of people seem to use Gilmore's. I'll also see if I can get one in the window at the newsagents on Mesnes Road. Hope Kenzo gets home soon. Lou xx
