- If I thought my dog had been found and was living with someone else and I knew where he/she was I would never let it rest there I would be all guns blazing down at the Police Station and refuse to leave until they accompanied me to the address. If you sit back and don't assert yourself you may as well give up. Sorry RANT OVER. There's been a husky found so I was looking back on lost Husky's and found this. I have a member of the family in the Police so have an idea how they work!!

- Hi Megan really hoping and praying that this is your dog! you could ask the police or your area dog warden to go with you to the house don't go on your own! I see Blaize wasn't microchipped which would have allowed the dog warden more power to go into the house to scan the dogs chip, which would have proven outright that he is yours, but no matter, go armed with photos and any of Blaizes toys blankets etc that he will recognise and I'm sure you'l get your boy back very soon GOOD LUCK! x

- You could go to the Police and tell them what has happened and that you feel your dog is in the house and maybe they will go round and have a chat to him, he may give more information.

- one of my friends said he saw my dog comeing out of a mans house in our local area, i thought it would be a good idea to go to the house and speak to the person who was seen wth my dog. he seemed to know the dog from my posters and said his friend had a dog the exact same but wouldnt give me any more details. i feel as if hes not telling me everything and he knows his friend has my dog, and im not sure what i can do about this cause i have no proof... but my friend said it deffiently looked exactly like my dog... any advice would be great thanks.

- i close friend of mine had told me he saw my husky a couple of weeks ago... but he wasn't wearing a collar and apprently someone had shaved his furr on his lower back... all i can think of is that someone selfish must have done it for what ever the reason... i still cant believe it, but he was last seen in middle croft area about 10 0r 15 minutes away from staveley... but from the looks of he said it was deffinetly my dog, except for the fact he wasnt wearing a collar.... just thought i would give you an update and let you know... their is a slight chance it could of been another dog but its unlikley ... thanks

- Spoke to owner, he went missing in a built up area so she thinks someone has him locally, there is a travellers site close by so they may have him. I have said to poster even though everyone does know him because at least you are making it known you are looking for him. List of pounds will be sent, also to put on radio and in paper and to contact vets. There is a disused railway close by. Have suggested to contact local council for the roads as well. Liz xx
