hi i have found a lost black dog with a black collar with white bones on it and a tag but it wouldnt let me get close to it as it was scared and kept running around the serpintine many other people tried to catch it but it kept running for hours and the park security and police refused to help as they said they dont deal with it , which was hurrible as we need to get the dog some help we were there till it got dar and couldnt see anymore but he or she kept circling the serpintine and was foaming at the mouth very tired but kept running in fear we really need to find the owner and help catch this dog. i thinkits a labrador all black very scared will still be in the park so worried as it will be tierd cold and hungry .west london w2
