- Check all outbuildings numerous times, including empty houses, and cellars thoroughly, as cats can stay very still, and quiet when trapped; they are renowned for it. Bear in mind too that cats have very flexible spines so they can squeeze into very narrow spaces (About 3" for average cat) Place Bill`s UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. You can leave his litter tray out, but beware other cats may use it, and it could confuse, and confuse the cat. Is there a "Mr. Big" in the area (Dominant cat)? As sometimes they will chase a less confident out of it`s own territory: however the chased cat will not return, until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Take good walks, in, and around the area, holding his UNWASHED blanket, and rattle some Dreanies. Try a squeaky toy too. Someone may be feeding him (Common problem) Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Paws xd for Bill`s safe return.
