Assume all outbuildings checked at the time Cookie went missing? Place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. Take good walks around the area taking with you an item with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding her (Common problem) Try a squeaky toy too. Just because you don`s see a cat, doesn`1t mean they aren`t around. Is there a Mr Big in the area (Dominant cat) As sometimes they will chase a less confident out of it`s own territory, and the chased cat may become lost, and disorientated. Also they will not return until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. with cats it`s all about scent, and they can smell scent from quite a distance away. All xd.

  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
