- Thank you so much for all your help and advice. We think she was locked in somewhere due to her condition. She's fine now she's had a cuddle feed and sleep xx

- First i hope the owner wasn`t too badly hurt. Anything sudden like the fall will put cats (Especially if timed) into panic, mode, as it is in most cats their instinct is to run, and hide. My own cats would do the same. Keena is most probably hiding somewhere. So check all outbuilidings such as sheds, garages, greenhouses, empty houses, cellars etc. Make sure she isn`t hiding behind any object within a building. Empty contents of the vacuum onto the garden; her scent will be there Put her unwashed blanket into a clean container, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry. Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors etc You could try a squeaky toy, as it may attract her attention, when it is very quiet
If the weather is dry tomorrow I would open the door where she has access to. Stand at the side of the door (Not the centre) And rattle some dreamies. Try tempting her with some tuna or chicken. Place inside the open door. When you see her I wouldn`t try, and grab her, or she may run off again as she still be feeling edgy after you fell. And it can sometimes take a couple of days for them to recover, if anything like my cats I would let her come to you. Put flyers through doors too.
