Why not just ask
He looks like someone you can talk to .
I would speak to a man with a dog just because I love dogs.
Not just homeless.
Try it maybe he likes to chat you may be surprised

Of course they do and he may even have found the dog wondering the streets lost and taken him under his wing because that's how most of the homeless people end up with dogs,A dog like that cost a lot more to buy than most homeless people can afford, but if the dog did belong to a family and I just ignored my gut feeling and did nothing. I would never have stopped wondering if I could have made a difference. What if that was your dog?Last edited: 2016-05-02 14:39:56 by Jjp

Lots of homeless people own dogs.
I agree Rose that does and has happened .
If we love our dogs enough we will do anything to keep them.

I must admit the dog does look happy. I am sure someone in that area can keep an eye on the man and his dog xx

Dog seems very happy laying beside the man. Maybe thats why the man is homeless because he wasnt allowed to keep it in his home, sadly this does happen! x
