Hi all, thanks for everyone's help in finding Tilly! I got a phone call from a lovely girl called Anna who had seen Tilly in on of the plough fields near little missenden. She couldn't get near her but just sat down so Tilly didn't go anywhere until I got there. She was still very frightened so it took a while for us to get her (involved us crawling round the plough field and through and back through the hedge!) but eventually she realised it was us and was very pleased :) she has a few bad cuts and bruises on her front legs and chest so our vets (wendover heights) gave her special care and attention so she's been all cleaned up and is now resting up at home with some nice pink bandages on!

Hi all, Tilly has been found in little Missenden, I'm sure Rachel will be on soon to change the status to found once she's sorted out Tilly.
Rachelmoore
To confirm, she ran from beaconsfield but was seen thereafter in Penn street and winchmore hill common. Thanks all
sarap3038
It's not much further from where she went missing to Loudwater than it is to Holmer Green! (Just as a thought). Are we sure she went missing in Beasonfield - local sources are saying Penn Street.Last edited: 2016-04-30 20:10:53 by sarap3038

Apparently seen near Holmer green and headed towards little missenden yesterday morning - that is towards home but she wouldn't know it. If she can keep going she might find some familiar walks then she'll be able to find her way home, we have postered all around, now going to great kingshill and little kingshill
ClaireC
There are a few stables/livery yards up there and you could take some posters and make them aware and will keep an eye out whilst out on their horses

Many thanks Claire X

Hi Jonathan i hope you dont mind but i have asked Nicky who phoned me this morning to try and make contact with you to see if you would be able to help try and track Tilly with your Springers. She may try to get your fone details from admin unless you would like to text me them to 07887652916 and i can then forward on. TIA X

Agree with Jonathon too far away for Tilly ti have got to Loudwater certainly under her own steam! There are a few pubs around there please give some posters and will normally display. Please check with the Highways Agency i think comes under Chiltern Council just in case Tilly has been involved in an RTA. There is also a large estate around there and the farm manager is very helpful and would keep an eye out for her. Leave lots of posters in Amersham town as its not that far away. Tilly will now be getting hungry and will be looking for food outlets. The more posters the better chance of finding her. Notify all vets in the area as well. There is Amersham Hosp nearby and some posters around there would make more people aware. Keep going back to where she was last seen as sometimes dogs tend to keep going back there. We're not sure unfortunately. We have been over there today and put posters up. Unfortunately no further sightings since this morning. I walked cross country from Winchmore Hill to Loudwater and back but nothing...
Jonathan
It is a long way from Winchmore Hill to Loudwater are we sure that the Rayners Avenue sighting is the same dog?

I have spoken to Tilly's owners. Her home is Great Missenden which is about 10 miles from where she was lost. Any help with getting posters up the Penn Street area would be appreciated x
