- I've just seen an update saying her body has been found on the A1 between Jct47 and Jct48. I hope it isn't true. Poor dog. .

- In our experience these street dogs are very traffic aware...also very aware how to survive...the rich pickings found on English streets must seem like paradise to them....Do sympathise with Ann that they do escape as they are not used to being in a home...and being transported over must be quite a shock to them.....We at HQ groan when we see another one missing from Romania...as its not going to be an easy task to tempt them in...however those who have been located many have settled in very well after their ordeal...but as Lesley says lets concentrate on finding her...

- Shared on FB, have friends in Yorkshire but my geography knowledge is rubbish......but they may have contacts in the Harrogate area. Good luck, these Romanian rescues are very resourceful so let's hope there's a sighting soon. At least she is big and white so easy to spot! Are posters up at the Sainsbury's store?

- Such a negative comment below, whatever your thoughts we should all be concentrating on get this poor dog back safely not speculating about why she ( and others) was brought over to the UK. I recommended this dog be posted on doglost as it would help spread the word about Aurora and give advice on how to best get her back, not for a tirade of abuse to the person who lost her who must be feeling bad enough as it is.

- The arrival and subsequent escape of dogs from Romania is happening way, way too often. Not only is the dog on the loose and probably terrified, she is obviously running the risk of being run over or causing an accident. This would appear to be stating the obvious and yet it now needs to be stated again. Why? Why do the women who bring these dogs over never learn? There also appears to be a number of dogs escaped at the moment and it is the Christmas period. I don't like to think they have been brought over in greater numbers because they are intended as Christmas gifts. I hope the police have been informed.
