- Email advice sent x posted and shared. Asked for photo to be updated ASAP plus asked about area where car spotted are there shops ? do any have CCTV or do any houses onto roads so can maybe get more information of that car.
Check rescue for dogs handed in also the council near to where car seen as by law if she was picked up they must report it.
