Zelda's Owner/ Sharon social media team, Sorry to hear the found dog below was not Zelda. I just wondered as you've seen the found dog mentioned below at first hand, could you look at the photos posted on dogs lost of other missing female GSDs to see if you think she could be any of them.....for example Mimi? Just a thought.....

There was a German Shepard in Manchester dogs home dont know what gender but worth looking at. That was on the 29th. Didn't seem to like other dogs that much by the looks of it very barky. Xxx

There was a second comment on the Whitworth Facebook group last night about an Alsatian running loose in Whitworth. I'm up on the moors near Lobden golf club every night and will keep looking around there, but perhaps worth looking elsewhere in that area?

Have you contacted Harvey's Army, they have good coverage on FB, an army of volunteers & mobile scanning units for chip ID if she is found.Worth a try, hope you find her x

Zelda is a bit big to hide, please everyone share this, she is a neighbour of mine and I am missing her barks. We are on Lancashire / Yorkshire border so she could have gone either way or she may have tagged on to ramblers, we are on the moors. She is a much loved pet and her young owner is devastated.

A GSD / Alsatian was spotted this morning in Whitworth, Market Street. Unfortunately have no further info as someone just put a comment on the Whitworth Facebook group saying there was an Alsatian loose and that she couldn't stop.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (87537)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
• You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
• Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
• If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
