So pleased to see Hilda is reunited, clever girl for waiting on the coat ... such good advice and shows so well how K9 instincts kick in:-) I have noticed recently how many more new holes have been appearing in the fences along the Ridgeway and I would be very reluctant to let my dog off the lead there now, especially with the deep lake on the hill side of the track. It`s becoming dangerous, not just for dogs but for children too. Stay safe now Hilda

So pleased that Hilda has been found safe and well. What a relief! Can I please say to owners, that if they are walking their dogs along this area of the Icknield Way that if their dogs are prone to 'exploring' that they keep them on a lead even if it's an extendable one. The surrounding terrain along here is very rough and quite dangerous as we discovered when searching for Nell.What a lovely story and well done Hilda!Happy Easter!

Hilda has been found. Owner followed advise and left her coat out in the carpark and Hilda was found this morning on the coat.

For the owner - have a look on Nell. She went missing the same place. All of what we did is on her page. Search OX39.
That should really help if Hilda isn't home tonight.

Sorry to see that Hilda is missing. Was she lost on the side where the houses are or was it the other side? I'm asking because if it was the side where the houses are then maybe she would make her way towards the houses. Also was she driven to the Icknield Way or did she walk there from her home? If so would she be likely to make it home under her own steam?
