I found the dog she has been living rough in some woods certainly since Saturday its taken this time to encourage to come. The other advert is posted by the dog warden who took her to the vets. The bits on her are horse bedding she has lost her fur but it looks more to me like hormone loss or matted coat that has pulled away rather than mange. She is not thin, but has had pups by the look of her and is very timid
