What happened to this lovely girl in the end, did her breeder take her back?

Poor girl - she must be missing her babies. Hope an owner soon claims xxx

Please note this dog has an Irish chip. She is lactating and quite skinny. She is aged at 5 years old according to chip details. The chip is registered to the breeder only. I am wondering if she is a long lost stolen dog.
