Thank you so much everyone, you've all been brilliant. She was found in the woods in Tellisford just feel so happy that she's home tonight and not out in the rain. She's currently sleeping bless her, we'll all sleep well tonight x

She's been found!!!! Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to this thread - people have been incredibly caring and kind over the past few days. Lupin seems absolutely fine considering what she must have been through and we are currently taking her home! It seems like a dream, thanks everyone xx

ok - will keep my eye open on here as to sightings as I have laminated a few posters, if she goes further afield to Beckington perhaps I can use them for there. Hopefully she will be found and I wont need them.

We've postered the mill and the post office and lots of people on the area are on the look out.

If she was seen by the river then perhaps somebody could contact the pub - The Mill at Rode, 01373 831100 and make them aware there may be a lost dog in there area and put a poster up, the food they cook might be tempting. Also a poster in the Post Office at Rode, they are lovely people and I am sure they would display a poster. I can't take a poster there myself as I am not in the area when they will be open but if she is not found tonight I will phone them and ask if I can leave a poster through the letter box for them to display.

I'm too far away to help, but just to mention that when Jess went missing, we did the BBQ on Thursday night, and she turned up in the area on the Friday morning, so it doesn't always work immediately. Really hope Lupin is found soon x

She was spotted about an hour and a half ago by the river in Rode, so if anyone is in the area please look out for her.

I have sent the poster and info to Spotted Westbury on fb to get it out to 8000 people plus to help find her. i will keep an eye on it to see if we get any info back :-) its now on spotted trowbridge on fb

I'm just willing this to turn to blue, can't stop thinking about this girl. Come on Lupin show yourself and get home!! I'm hoping to do a car boot @ Greenhill on Saturday, I'll take a few posters to hand to organisers. But I sincerely hope this won't be necessary as she'll be home by then. Fingers crossed and positive thoughts xx xx

I think this must be the tea and coffee place on the main road - think it used to be a furniture showroom or something (On the left as you drive from Frome to Trowbridge)? It's set back a bit from the road with parking in front. it's a while since I've been that way but that's the one I wonder if Bobble is referring to.....

I'm not sure then Bobble, not seen a tea hut in the area?

Travellers in Southwick have a permanent site, not sure of exact location but in the Hoopers area I believe x

have shared fb pages to friends in that area - really hoping today brings you good news and Lupin is found safe and well. If you have on you clothing you could leave where she first went missing or her bedding blanket that would maybe help. Will keep posting in the hope that someone sees her soon. x

The tea hut I thought of is on the road from Frome to Trowbridge that goes through Southwick. I just feel we need to let as many motorists know as possible.

BBQ great, please remember to keep it quiet and calm there and set up a feeding station in the same place.

Hoopers Pool is where we went, no sign of travellers though. However, there is a dog kennels there that will be worth a visit with a poster.

I know you know, but if searching, please remember to keep the main road behind you.

Bobble, was the tea hut next to the country park? If so that's Hope Nature Centre and all staff aware, doglost link posted on the Facebook page and one of my fellow trustees house backs on to the park and they are on the lookout :-)

Thanks to everyone who has helped we really appreciate it, we're still looking and not giving up the sightings have helped us to stay positive. Hoping to coax her out with food!

Bumped due to sighting which is great news.

I saw no sign, but did not have much chance to be of much help really as i was already helping someone else. I spoke to 2 lots of dog walkers and a delivery driver and the person we went to see, who said he'll keep an eye out for her and look for DogLost on line if he sees her. Unfortunately, I could not take any posters to put up as there were a few places one could have gone.

There is a tea hut on the main road near there that would be an excellent place to pop up a poster and talk to the staff, they were packing up or I would have stopped.

Got a sighting ...

I shared her this morning and just got this

....'Hi. Saw your dog last night on my way home. She was on the road between BOA and Trowbridge between the two roundabouts (close to the old Citroen garage). She was in road a little confused and a couple tried to get her but she ran away. I hope this helps'....

Thanks everyone, I have contacted owner and sent advice sheet. Generally, this is a bit far for me to physically help look, but I am out that way shortly anyway and will have a good look around as I am literally going to Southwick!

Remember, she may be scared, notify owner on a phone number above as soon as you can if you see her and note location carefully. If you try and catch her, she may just run further away, so go steady.

I'll let people I know with ESS's and Cockers.

Please poster well she will probably have been seen .
Please also make sure someone is at the spot where she went missng or where the car was parked & if she knows another dog take it for a walk there and also leave your scent at these points if possible.

Thanks so much for all your help and advice, we have rung all the dog wardens and dogs homes, been out all night looking for her and still out now. Fingers crossed ... I'll keep you updated.

Travellers site in Southwick, in or around Hoopers Pool I believe, easily reached over the fields from the country park.

If not already done, the contact for Wiltshire Council (Dog Warden service) is 0300 456 0100 during office hours or 0845 056 8035 during weekends, public holidays and out of weekday office hours. Definitely worth checking in with them. Good luck.....

Ring Hope Nature Centre and ask them to keep an eye out, they're on the edge of the country park. I'm up there for a meeting this evening and will keep an eye out. Please notify the dog warden for Somerset in case she heads that way, getting quite close to the border. Contact Louise at the dog groomers within the garden centre, she works with rescue and they are often out walking with the dogs in their care and often get told of found dogs in the area. Have put her on groups and our Pup's page. Have asked for some help on the ground if anyone can to for searches and postering.

I don't know what the country park there is like but if its big and heavily wooded then you will need help at ground level...wish I were nearer but hang in there and so hope she will soon be found x

Shared in Frome - Southwick Country Park is being used a lot by people from around here due to it being great for kids in school holidays. Have also highlighted to friends who do the 'Park Run' there at the weekend (although hope this dog is home by then) and have asked Trowbridge based friends to also spread the word. Hope she is soon home :-(

Posters really help so get as many as you can out as folk don't notice a dog often unless they know there is a missing one.

I am too far to be of any use but will share and sending so many hopes she is soon back with you x
