He's been reported to the West Cheshire and Chester dog warden, so hopefully they can track his owners down. They have his chip number. Unfortunately there it wasn't registered :( fingers crossed

I'm sure there were a pair of JRT's picked up from the same spot a few weeks ago - local dogs if I remember right? One tan and white - one tan.

Possibly reunited by Cheshire police? Will see if I can find the original post.
