Have just seen that on todays council list. Glad he is home though. I will make enqs with owner & council to find out if there was a problem in getting them back together.

News from owner... Rolo has been found. He was picked up by the council soon after running off, and kept in kennels, but it has taken all weekend to verify this.

Tam, really sorry that your gorgeous little fella is missing and hope you have news soon.Have you contacted your local police station as the dog may be being held there? (On the Cornwall council stray dog website it states that the dog warden may collect dogs from there up until 10pm.)

Could it be possible that Truro police station could be holding Rolo until tomorrow?
If no news there, I'd suggest an appeal on Radio Cornwall in the morning.

Have contacted the council warden section on 03001234212, but they have no record of a shih tzu being picked up yet!

Have seen a comment that someone thinks the dog warden may have picked this one from Truro this evening. Assume if this is true (hope it is) that Rolo's owner will contact dog warden and be reunited.
