- Where Found Lizzie has been returned to me by the man who was last seen with her. He was concerned that she had strayed from home and had reported finding her to the Police.

- Other Info Lizzie was last seen at 2.30pm. She was with a man who asked my neighbour who she belonged to and if she thought I would be interested in selling her. Lizzie is used to the area and would have returned home by now. I suspect that she has been taken.

- Very pleased to see that Lizzie was returned. However it is only a matter of time before someone picks up this cute friendly dog who is very happy to get into a strangers car, I should know I've picked her up myself and have since seen her numerous times wandering around the main road. Having also lost their other small dog last year who emerged out of a rabbit hole ( we think) more than a week later perhaps the owner and her family could consider making their property boundary safer for their small dogs. Better spending a bit of time making things safe than the inevitable of them being lost, stolen or killed. This owner obviously loves her dogs as they are in super condition I am sure she would be devastated if something happened to them.

- Thank you all for your replies. Lanehead is close to the border with Cumbria and the towns of Nenthead and Alston. DL14 postcode is a long way out. I will be reporting this to the Police as I do believe she was taken.
