- Other Info Vet says the dog is almost emaciated and doesn't seem to have been free for that length of time, judging by the rain and the lack of mud on her. She is very smelly and has an oily/dirty coat, so may have been kept outside, or in not so ideal conditions. Dog wardens, vets and pounds in the area are being contacted now. She is in an experienced foster home at present.
