Poppy is now back at home. Her owner picked her up from the kennels today. Very happy pup and owner reunited :) xxxx

Spoke to Poppy's owner yesterday and he had been unable to visit the kennels. Tried to phone for an update today. x

The kennels manager has reviewed the new photos of Poppy and has made contact with Poppy's owner and he is going to visit the kennels today.

At Doglost we always encourage owners to check any found dogs which may be a possible match, and in this case Poppy's owner has been alerted to the found dog for them to follow up.

I have just seen this one too, and agree with you naturalwhitch. It should be left to the owner to decide if it is a match - we all know mistakes happen.

The kennel manager has just phoned me and he says that the found dog is NOT a match for Poppy sadly.

Hi There, could this be Number 62890...found in Kirkstall which is only 10mins away from Hyde Park also similar appearance....also a facebook page for this dog

Have met with owner tonight. It's quite possible that Poppy had come in season without her owner being aware. It could explain her reason for wondering off. Have cross-posted her around fb xx

Have spoken to Poppys owner and given him the contact numbers for stray kennels covering this area, also the number for the dog warden as he needs to make a missing report and advised him to poster locally.
Poppy has had previous owners but as far as her present owner knows she is not microchipped
Hoping Poppy is back home very soon x x
