I have checked with the dog warden and also E-mailed Maisie's link to her page and sadly the found dog isn't Maisie.

Is this dog or bitch, do you know? Could it be Maisie 46005 with the photo reversed - look at that ear! Also Maisie has a bit of white down the front, but she is chipped
