I think the info given to me whilst walking is incorrect as there has been an article about Squeak in the local paper today. This states that other JRT's have "gone missing" in the local area too. Will keep looking out for her and leave posters up.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have just met a fellow dog walker locally who was told by another dog walker that they think this pup has been found? Do we have any news from the owner?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Is there any news about Squeak? I am keeping a look out locally. It could be an idea to ask the Battle Observer to run a piece they can be e mailed on rye.battle@trbeckett.co.uk and are usually very supportive. I am sure if the owner e mails them and a photo they will run a story, if unable to e mail they could phone them and send in a photo. Try to do it before Tuesday lunchtime to get in for Fridays edition.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have received my poster. Unfortunately, i am away from tomorrow for the whole weekend so am not going to be able to help poster in the next couple of days. I hope that Squeak turns up safe and well. Might be worth postering in the local pubs, even as far out as Robertsbridge as they have a permanent travellers site there - perhaps worth a visit although i don't think that they are a particularly nice group of people from what i have heard! .I have not seen any temporary sites appear recently in the area but the council should be able to tell you if there any in the area. It may be worth getting out to Hailsham/Hersmonceux area too.You could also try postering Dallington Woods, the woods at Brightling and the woods on the road between Woods Corner and Battle - you get a few dog walkers in there who may have seen something. Also, i used to take my dog to dog training in Battle - i am sure that she would display a poster at her classes - she runs several a week which bring in people from all over - if you would like her phone number then PM me. If i can help at all then please ask. I am hoping that i get back from my weekend away and Sqeak has been reunited!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
