A bit random but as this lovely little dog was found near the canal..... here is a website called http://www.canalworld.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=57606 someone in their community may know who this dog belongs to.

Maybe if offered as a Plummer she may find a space easier than as a bull cross? (with the unfair bad press they get). I did check the missing Plummers on here but they all seemed to have more white on their legs

Is she possibly a Plummer Terrier (maybe cross due to ears standing up)? Neighbour used to keep them and they are larger than an average terrier, colouring also matches. Hope she finds somewhere

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
