Spoke to owner fo Sags, she needs to see a top or side photo to be sure but doesn't think this is Sags.

He has been named Eddie by the DW and was picked up in the Ashmansworth Area (Andover/Basingstoke. He was handed into Newbury Dogs Trust, he is white in colour with a big ginger splodge on his back very sweet natured

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
