Email from owner.

Beri is back home. I spoke to the police who had received a report of an incident and the man who had taken him home reported it. Beri was only in the next village about 2 miles away. We collected him straight away, and yes his tag had come off so a lesson learnt there. He was as happy as anything snuggled up in bed with the couple who had rescued him from the busy road.

Thank you for your help and kindness

Beri went missing this afternoon ( he may have his brother Bramble's collar on)He was sighted on the A19 and a vehicle was seen to stop and pick him up for safe keeping.
He is Microchipped and will be flagged up as missing.
Owner has reported him missing to the area dog warden, and surrounding dog warden services.
If found, he must be reported to the dog warden, as is required by LAW.
He could also be reunited by being taken to a vets and scanned for his Microchip.
