Phew! I am so glad on two counts: 1) that she is safe and 2) that is wasn't you know who's, as was starting to panic there, as you probably noticed :-). Well done Capote for the update and for helping. Great news! x (I bet it was the action that I saw that night - got me intrigued now).

Lady was returned this morning sent back in a cab. She was very down and subdued apparently until she saw her owner. It appears that the dog theft situation in Harlow is spreading to non travellers too Lady was apparently stolen by drug users resident in Harlow. Thank you all for responding so quickly and being prepared to help this elderly gentleman.

A group of do as you likeys landed in town last week and some were seen in the Stow shopping precinct last night. This type of behaviour would fit this scenario. Our best bet is to make this pup way too hot to handle and poster at the Common! Please, please print posters and poster Rundells, Radburn Close, Upper Mealines, the small shops near Cloverfield and Spinning Wheel Mead, and along Southern Way. We need to get some up at the motel, Park Inn, and along cycle track from small shops into Chapel Field. I can't print anything as my printer has jammed. If anyone can get posters I can find help to put them up. Thank you. x

People still trying to catch the loose dog .. hv msgd DL advice and suggested sardines!! Just heard that police say this dog has been reported missing and is a labradoodle .. cornered in field and owner on way, so not Lady :(

Police informed and an arrest has been made after female suspect identified from CCTV. A woman is currently out on bail but still refusing to give details of the puppy's whereabouts. Particularly nasty incident as another unidentified female rang the distraught elderly gentleman's son today taunting him that the puppy is going to be used for breeding. Lets get her home
