Only just had time to get on here to post that I saw a very very similar looking dog to Lola, he/she was on the lead & being walked by a man this was just passed Medivet in Hockley going towards Folly Lane at about 6pm tonight, the dog seemed very relaxed on his/her walk, probably not connected but thought I'd mention it due to the other sightings in the Ss5 area
Buzz and Amber
per FB there have been sightings in Rayleigh, Hullbridge, Eastwood as well (on Your Southend and Rayleigh Essex FB sites). It is such a long way from SS0 though
Buzz and Amber
i thought the same too debbie. Unless she was picked up she wouldnt have made it right accross to SS5 in that time without encountering all those very busy roads. So, she went from Westcliff towards Leigh yesterday. What area of SS0 did she go from, i'm in SS0 so know it very well and can then see what the best route out is.

At least we can rule out the one with the collar so thanks for confirming. I went out on the call last night to the dog spotted on lower road, the sighter said it was a pug or pug x, I searched within 10 mins of that sighting and all I saw was a rather large pug sized hare! I would be very surprised if Lola had ventured that far as that is quite some distance for a dog to travel
Debs D
I'll be driving along Lower Road soon so I'll keep my eyes peeled.
Lola
Hi. Lola wasn't wearing a collar. The last sighting we have had of her was in Lower Road, Hullbridge at 20:30 on 3rd April.

Thanks for everyone's help, comments and concern.

I've messaged owner on facebook and asked her to check this out. Fingers crossed.

A small dog has been picked up by a member of the public who have tried to ring the number on the collar but unfortunately no-one has answered. Can Lola's family confirm if she had a collar and disk please so we can rule in or out that this is possibly Lola?
Paula Griffin's Mum
bless her heart, shared on FB & asked friends to share the post, hope she's found safe & sound soon
