- Other Info She's elderly and little confused, also epileptic and requires phenobarbital daily. Answers to Penny but her hearing isn't very good and she is wary of strangers as is the way with this breed of dog. SPAYED. If FOUND she should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (which is the LAW)

- Just spoken to owner and yes it was her and she is back home. Owner rang around a few places and had to travel a good way to pick her up. Owner would like to pass on their thanks to everyone.

- Tracked down which kennels she may have been taken to, due to data protection they cannot give out owners details but they did have a Shih Tzu claimed this morning. It does look like it was Penny and we will wait for owner to confirm before moving her into the BLUE. xxx
