I am sure someone from doglost will be on to advise you soon. Till then try and leave something with your scent nearby or her bed/bedding so that it is familiar to her. The other thing you could do is leave a scent trail. It means using a bottle or something similar to sprinkle a trail of your urine that she could recognize and she may follow it to her bedding and stay there. HQ will have all the details of what to do.
