I've been looking at greyhounds / lurchers on the internet and I think the colour I saw is referred to as 'Blue' by hound people and not grey.

Thank you for checking anyway.
Maggie
Definately NOT Alfie. Sighted dog was grey (colour of fur not due to age!).
Unknown
We have Alfie missing WR8, but he is black and tan and has been missing since January.

Thank you Maggie I have now added postcode and region for you.

I have notified the dog warden and police. Postcode for Croome Court (where sighted) is WR8 9JS, Central. Don't know how to add this information, can someone tell me what to do?
I've been back to Croome Court (National Trust place) but nobody has reported a dog lost to their reception or any of the park wardens.
If he is lost I can help search, but until we know more doesn't seem much else to do.
