  • Other Info Handed to Richmondshire District Council Dog Warden as Darlington said it was just outside their area. Wandering on motorway, very friendly and in good condition. Dog Warden scanned and he was chipped so fingers crossed. Likely to be a Darlington dog but wardens there didn't want to know so I had to drive him 16 miles to Richmond.
