UPDATE posted on Liverpool Dog Rescue facebook page:

Our poor girl Milly had to go on a drip at the vets today after she was feeling very under the weather and her back legs where causing her pain again. She is now on medication and will be monitored over the weekend. Fingers crossed she gets better soon!............

There is a photo of her at the vets on LDR facebook page. Sending Milly healing thoughts and hope she gets better soon. x

The Animal Warden's have left a message for the owner of the missing registered on their site. Both details are the same dog and a duplication as first thought. x

I've emailed the AW's with the details on behalf of LDR. Most probably will not get a reply until tomorrow. x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
