Poor little Milly :(( just seen this post on Facebook from oulton park.

"Milly was found in a back garden 50 yards from where she went missing by a lady who took her in on Friday evening and Milly has been attacked by another dog because she has horrific bite wounds on her neck ! The lady took her to our local vets this morning and they called me to say they had Milly ( i had put a postcard up on their notice board) and ironically we where on our way to the vets with a improved poster with photos of Milly.Thrilled to have got her back but not happy about the fact she has huge wounds that are septic and have not been treated sooner by a vet and unhappy that she wasnt reported to anyone as found !"

I am so glad she is back home where she belongs but gutted that Milly had to go through this. MASSIVE hugs Milly for a very speedy recovery xxxx

Fantastic news!! Welcome Home Milly. So sorry to hear that she has been injured but sending big hugs from all at DogLost for a very speedy recovery.

Stay safe now little one and maybe when you are feeling a lot better your Dad will get you a nice new microchip :))

The found with the Animal Wardens is not Milly, its microchipped and they have contacted the owner.

Email advice now sent to the owner with additional details of the dog wardens in the surrounding areas and kennels that they use.

Just spoke to Millys owner. Milly was on a familiar walk when she ran off with a white staff that was running around in the area.

The owners are doing a great job and have been in touch with Barra and Acorn Kennels and RSPCA Halewood. They have also contacted local vets and started to get posters up. The owners are worried that a taxi was seen in the area at the time the dogs were running around and this may have been the owner of the white staff. The taxi was from the Garston area.
