Can I just clarify with the finder... was it found in East Ham E6 OR in Leytonstone please ? Its just that as they are different councils the Newham Dog Warden should be informed as well as ( I think) Walthamstow Council which is Leytonstones.
If it was found in E6 , I will keep an eye out if anyone has put any lost posters up as I live in E6
Lets hope his owner is found soon
Thanks
Fran Daly
You are correct - This is East London which is in South East. I have sent several messages to admin offering an extra pair of hands as quite often the found details are left blank or do not have a postcode shown in search engines. So far my offer has not been accepted. What concerns me is that the moment a dog is found the 7 day clock starts ticking down. The poor dogs need all the help they can get in being reunited with their owners.

I know this will get moderated, but my priority has to be with the dogs and their poor owners who may miss their dog's details through the details being incorrectly entered on Dog Lost.Last edited: 2012-01-11 10:38:19 by Fran Daly

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
