Nope a red collar with bones on - tbh with the way these dogs were,
id say they lived together, they were very bonded - in that the female one wouldnt go anywhere without the other.

When i first saw them one of them was stuck behind the fence going down the track
the other one, with the black on it, was running up and down the track - i had my 3 dogs with me, so couldnt do anything - the one behind the fence ran back up the hill on the other side, ane the one with black on it followed, thats when i lost them the first time.

Theres been no sightings or reports of these two missing as yet.

Details posted on DOGLOST NORTH WEST facebook page. I've cropped the photo to bring them as close as possible, info below as posted on FB:

Have seen two tan and white beagle types running round loose on our walk today at wigan flash's, both looked in good (well over weight) condition, dont look like they have been loose long, they look like they are staying in that area, both were hunting up,
both dogs were sticking together. One did try and come to me, but the other veered it away from us, the other a bitch wouldnt come near, but would bark at a distance. Both have collars on with I think flea collars, the bitch that kept barking didnt have any tags, couldnt see if the other one had any - i walked round all that area for over 2 hours, and couldnt find anyone looking for these dogs. Where they are - theres lots of rabbits and foxes, so think there sticking round there to catch.
