Bless her- she may be a daft animal and a bit of a wimp (lol) but no fool - what a clever girl to find her way home on her own.
Fireworks can spook even the most resilient of dogs when they go off unexpectedly close by and its one of the main reasons we see at this time of year for them to go missing.All we can really do is to try and limit the chance of it happening by changing the times we walk them,walking them on lead,checking their collars are maybe a notch or two tighter so they cannot slip out or even limit them to the garden if they are terrified.Its a simply awful time of year for our dogs. Have shared & hope Natalia is found soon. Will keep eye out for her & display poster in window as I live Sundon Park. Have just come along Sundon Park Road but was no sign of any dogs.
