So pleased that Tia has been found. Not a good idea to leave your dog alone and out of sight. Someone I know had their Staffie taken when he was left outside a shop only for a few minutes. Fortunately someone knew who had the dog. And after three days he was reunited. Dog owners take care. Lots of love to Tiaxxxx

Hi, Tia now has a facebook page FIND TIA & the link: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Find-Tia/236426019744029?sk=wall
If you could ask some of your friends to like this page that would be a great help.
Dog walkers & vets in the area have been contacted with the link to this site & copy of the poster etc. Another 200 leaflets were distrubuted on Preston Old Road yesterday by a kind lady named Joanne (Thanks so much),the owner & myself put posters up at Griffin Park, Gallygreaves Estate Wensley Road, Stonyhurst & a few around Ewood (not yet letterboxed these areas but got them in shops, bust stops lamposts etc. Keeping fingers crossed the police can look at the job centre's CCTV today for us. I also have a dogwalker for my two dogs and he takes them all out and about over Houghton and Blackburn along the canal so ill print some and ask if he would help. Is there anything else I can do? There is a dog grooming place near me on Livesey so ill drop some off there. Ill text you my number so if you are doing a walkround you can call me and i can come and help?? Jo. x

Hi All, Thanks very much for your help. Last night we distributed posters in Ewood, Witton & surrounding areas & my friend is going closer to where she was stolen today by foot near to town & will be distrbuting more. Today I am posting Tia on a couple of extra sites that Maggie kindly suggested. I have just printed off another 100 A4 pages off the smaller posters which I am hoping to distribute tonight. I am going to call Vets/Kennels & shelters and so on this afternoon and ask them to keep an eye out for her. Tomorrow the owner of Tia is going to go back to the police station & ask them to review the CCTV footage of the theft that the job centre have got. Fingers crossed they may just recognise him. Thanks again, all your advice is very welcome:) SarahLast edited: 2011-10-27 11:32:39 by Bedazzle
